The flyer on elite teams or on most school teams has to be able to do a heel stretch, (grabbing your heel and pulling it up like side splits) aerobesque, (holding your leg out behing you and trying to get it as high as possible while keeping a straight back and without holding your leg) a scorpion, (grabbing the outside of your foot and pulling it behind you and over your haed to make a teardrop shape) scale, (grabbing your shin and pulling it up as hig as possible behind you) and liberty (which is standing on one leg and placing your foot by your knee like a flamingo) Flyers have to have extremly flexible backs.
