Straddle- The split you are in when you are facing forward with both legs spread out at your side. To get into this split, if you don't understand, stand with both legs shoulder width apart and keep sliding outward as far as you can go.
Left Split- The split you are in when your left leg is in front. To get into this split, stand facing forward, and put your left leg in front, and your right leg behind you, then slide your legs further out in that direction as far as you can go.
