Generally its for total rebounds ( offensive + defensive)
That's incorrect. It stands for total(as in rebounds, points, shot attempts/made...etc) depending on the type of stat (player or team), the category you're looking at, and the layout of the stat sheet. On some stat sheets, I think I remember it meaning turnover total, but I'm not sure as of now.
Stands for Total Tackles. Solo Tackles + Assisted Tackles= Total Tackles
TOT TD means Total Touchdown. This is used for players who had TDs in multiple ways. For example, 1 rushing TD and 1 receiving TD = 2 TOT TD or 2 rushing TDs and 1 punt return TD = 3 TOT TD.

Touchdown.
A "TD" in football is a "touchdown" and is worth 6 points. Following a TD, a team has an opportunity to score a "PAT," or point after touchdown. This can be a kick for one point, or a run for two points.
No. This would be considered a special teams TD similar to a kickoff return for a TD or punt return for a TD.
