Um the 4.16 is so far off its not even funny. Where the hell did you get that from? Nobody in football has ever run an official time in that ballpark. Chris Johnson has the fastest time on record at 4.24 The fastest official time I have ever heard of for Ginn is 4.27......4.16=CMON MAN!!!!!!!!!!

Actually, Bo Jackson ran a 4.12 40 in the combine....soooo i wouldn't doubt Ginn running a 4.16...dudes fast

Actually if you read about it the 4.12 it was at the Superdome in 1986 and not at the combine in Indy where they hold things today which uses handheld stopwatches along with an electronic method. Maybe he was sub 4.2 who knows, but the question is about Tedd Ginn and he ran a 4.38 at the combine. His ankle was sprained at the time but his fastest official time is 4.27 He has never run a 4.16 and nobody in the league at the moment has run anything officially under 4.2 unless their college roommate was holding the timer.
