The pitcher will have a "no decision" (neither a win nor a loss).

In the case where the pitcher leaves for a pinch hitter, and the team rallies to take the lead and hold it for the remainder of the game, that pitcher would be the winning pitcher, provided he pitched the required 5 innings.

Is it possible to be the winning and losing pitcher in a game?

Yes, although highly unlikely. Such a feat would require a pitcher being the last person to pitch for his team in a suspended game. That pitcher would then need to be traded to the other team involved in the suspended game. Before another pitcher pitches for his original team, the pitcher would need to enter the game and give up enough runs so that his new team is losing (this would only work if they were originally leading or tied). The lead would have to be preserved, such that he pitcher is still the pitcher of record for his old team and gets the win but is also now the pitcher of record for his new team and so gets the loss as well. Normally, in order to win you must be pitching at the time your team wins or the last pitcher to pitch when your team gains the lead. If you give up the lead, and your team cannot get it back, you will be the losing pitcher. If you are pitching when your team loses the lead, but your team does tie or gain the lead, it is concidered a 'no decision' and you will not record a win or a loss.

How do you assign Pitcher win or loss 6 inning little league game?

The pitcher win/loss count is the same as it is in the majors. If his team is winning when he is replaced, then he leaves with a W, but if any of the other pitchers on his team let the opponents tie the game or more, he no longer has a W, but cannot lose the game. He will just get a no-decision. If his team is already losing when he gets pulled from the game, he leaves with an L, but if his team ends up winning the game, he no longer has an L, but does not get credit for winning the game. He will get a no-decision.

If the starting pitcher is relieved in the 3rd inning and his team is ahead at that time who gets the win the starting pitcher or the reliever?

it all depends. if the starting pitcher goes 5ins or more and leaves the game with the lead he is in-titled to the win. the way the closer gets the win is if he goes in tied or losing and he is the last one to throw a pitch before his team takes the lead and wins the game.

If a baseball team loses 1-0 but the losing pitcher has no earned runs is he still credited with an L?

Yes! A loss is still a loss regardless how it happens. That pitcher could ALSO be credited with a no hitter if the run that scored was a result of errors and walks, and no batter successfully hit onto base.

If a pitcher is losing a game in the 4th inning 4-5 and the team never ties the game but ends up losing the game 6-7 who gets the lose the starter or relief pitcher?

The loss is charged to the pitcher who is charged with the go-ahead run whether it is earned or not. The go-ahead run is the tie breaking run which puts the winning team ahead and the other team never catches up for the rest of the game. Peter Gaposchkin

What is a no no in baseball?

This can be the case for any starting pitcher whether his team is winning, losing, tied at the time he exits the game. Basically the term "No Decision" is used for a starting pitcher that does not record a Win or Loss at the end of the day. This could be because he didnt pitch through the 5th inning making him the official pitcher of record, or it could be any other combination in which the events occurring after he leaves the game makes it to where another pitcher gets the win or loss

When does a pitcher get charged for the win?

yes, if he is the starting pitcher he has to go a minimum of 5 innings and his team has to be leading when he exits the game and never lose their lead and win the game. A pitcher can win in relief if he comes in when the game is tied or his team is losing, and his team rallies after he pitches and win the game, but they can't give up their lead after he pitches or he won't get the win someone else will get the win
