Following his 2008 retirement, Anderson served as the pitching coach assistant in 08-09 and worked in the front office. In 09 and 2010, Anderson began working part-time as a TV analyst for the Rays (he called about 50 games). In October 2010, it was announced that he will be a full time analyst in 2011 onward
