I found an auction where his signed, gameday glove is for sale. If you look at the pictures, you'll be able to see that it is a Rawlings Pro Preferred PRO200-6K and it's an 11.5 inch. I can't help but think that the glove he uses is bigger than 11.5 inches though. I'd be willing to bet that he uses a 11.75 to 12 inch glove with a modified webbing.
