First of all use propper grammar please as the queastion should be, "What kinds of energy are used when playing volleyball?".
Secondly the types of energy used would be kinetic, chemical and possibly gravitational.
Kinetic would be used because there is movement involved. Chemical would also be used because the glucose, starches etc(all chemicals) from the food you eat are being used to help you're muscles work efficiently. Gravitational would be stetching it but is still correct. Gravitational energy is a potential energy and would be present when people are at the peak of their jump.
You're welcome.

Energy converting into another energy
No, not all energy conversions give off heat. Some energy conversions, such as nuclear reactions and chemical reactions, can produce other forms of energy like light or sound instead of heat.

Yes.
Mechanical energy is the sum of potential and kinetic energy in an object due to its motion or position. Energy conversions involve changing the form of energy from one type to another, such as transforming mechanical energy into electrical energy. Essentially, mechanical energy is an aspect of energy, while energy conversions involve transformation of energy between different forms.
