It stands for "Receiving Target". Basically how many times the ball was thrown to them. So it goes together with Receptions. It's like Attempts/Completions for a QB, they just break it into 2 columns for receivers.

Tar is short for target.. I.e. roddy white had 100 receptions on 181 targets (TAR) in 2011-12
