Goals Against Average, of GAA, is a statistical category applied to goalies or teams. It is the average number of goals scored against a team in a set number of games. For example, if, in a season of 82 games a team got scored on 250 times, the team's GAA would be 3.05.
GA stands for goals against. GF stands for goals for.
