The 1920's brought many experiments with Baseball gloves, and web design. Vertical tunnel loop webs were used. Either two or four elongated loops were sewn in directly to the thumb and forefinger through which passed a simple rawhide lace. Before the 1920's gloves were primarily protective equipment that kept fielders' hands and fingers from being hurt by hard hit balls. Webs were sewn directly to the forefinger and thumb.
The largest improvement ever in glove design happened in 1920, when Bill Doak, a journeyman pitcher for the St. Louis Cardinals, approached Rawlings with an idea for a web laced between the first finger and thumb. Doak's invention was the ancestor of all modern gloves.
American League baseballs with the Reach Trademark had Red & Blue stitching, and the National League Spalding Trademark baseballs had Black & Red stitching up until about 1934/35 when in both league started using only red stitching.
Baseball Bats were heavier than today with many different knob styles, and were thicker in the handle. Uniform style were very different, and made with flannel.
below I will leave links with examples of 1920 Equipment. You might have to do some browsing but I'll lead you in the right direction.

They look a little odd but still kinda cool. Weird but me and my friend convinced are whole baseball team to do it and it's actually really awesome because it's intimidating.
They looked very old fashioned, usually no sponsors.
They were basically just plain t-shirts with the logo of the club on.
for girls, they wore skirts, under skirts, scarfs/ties, a shirt, under shirt, etc however in the end they would end up wearing 30 pounds of clothes
