the second row, or the locks, are the very tall, muscular people of the team, a bit like swim suit models, except they dont wax there chests, have several scars, and probably have had there noses bludgeoned so many times its got an "s" shape to it, theyre legs do most of the pushing in the scrum, and are lifted often in the lineouts

Scrums - No 8 binds the 2 locks together and acts as the end of a channel one feed of the ball to the scrum half or takes the ball themselves for attacking.
Wing forwards bind on the loose head and tight head props and (a) act as additional push (b) help support the props
In the lose - all are attacking players expected to carry the ball over the gain line, have the role of tackling along with back and act normal as first forwards to the ruck, maul.
Line out they now act as additional jump/catchers
