The number 90 is used a lot in soccer related things because there are 90 minutes in a standard soccer game not including extra time. For instance Nike's Total 90 boots are called this because they are meant to help you get through the total 90 minutes.

It is a type of a cleat made by Nike and they are called Total 90 in the sense that you play a total of 90 minutes in a soccer game.

the 90 is 90 minutes, two 45 minute halves have been played; the 2 is the stoppage time, in that case 2 minutes (though that number can vary, the 90 can not)
