Well I just have to say this why would you write a job application letter if you dont know the job that you are applying for its totally poinless and that is all I have to say.
I can't say if they will fix the application or not. However, I know sometimes when you fill out an application online, you are allowed to log back in to the site and make corrections. That is something you might want to check out. Otherwise, don't let it keep you up at night. If they offer you can interview, you can correct the information at that time.
