when you catch the ball, you have to keep your landing foot still but you are allowed to move the other foot. You can pivot, (turn around on the spot) on you landing foot but nothing else. From there you can pass to another player etc.
when you get to your goal then either the (gs) goal shooter or (ga) goal attack can shoot, once again with out moving their landing foot. If the goal goes in you start back in the middle again.
