You learn alot..you learn how to do a split,a flip,sumersaults,cartwheel,and hand stands! You learn arm positions and making your voice loud.....and having a happy attitude and great spirit!

You build teamwork, and individual skills. Such as tumbling, jumps, and stunting. And you just have a blast!

It depends on the high school but typically a cheer and a dance are taught to the people trying out and they perform both along with a jump and any tumbling they have.
