You should eat banana, but eat it about 2-3 hours before you eat. Another thing you can do is, the night before your football game, eat pasta. Pasta is rich in fiber and has a complex carbohydrates which is what athletes need.

It varies from player to player, but players used to have a huge steak 3 or 4 hours before the game. But know, they have chicken or pasta. The players have their own dietitians that help them focus mainly on Carbs, and Protein.

Do you mean *Bryant*? and basketball players don't eat anything when they play basketball... They can not play with a full stomach. They are only allowed to drink either water, or Gatorade or some type of hydration fluid. #TROLLED!
