It was for males only and they wore long pants and sweaters with there logo on it! Then in the 1900's it was for females that wore longer skirts and thick sweaters with there logo on it! <3cheergurl12

in the year 1978 women were ushered into Basketball mania. The women's basketball uniforms looked like men's uniforms to a great stretch, although jerseys were much smaller, and special undergarments like sports Bras were added. There was a period when women wore short sleeves and skirts when playing b-ball.

there is no set initial on the Cheerleading uniforms as it all depends on the team you are in. each different team have their own initials that are put onto the uniform

Usually it's a top with or without an underliner(lond sleeve underneath) then you have the skirt and spanx(shorts) underneath, and then a pair of white sneakers!
