Well, do lots of extra community work. This will get you a scholarship if you apply (a high school will have a guidance counselor to clear these issues up, ask what scholarships you can apply for).
From there, get whatever other scholarships you can get your hands on. Also, keep your grades as high as possible.
You might not make it into Notre Dame, but you can definitely can into some decent Universities if you have a scholarship or two.
