Since young kids are seeing this all the time, I'm wondering if it's a good idea to let it happen. After all, those hideous tattoos can't be duplicated by youngsters but the rubber bands certainly will.
This can only lead to tourniquet conditions and we all know that's not good. The sight of protruding blood vessels might be scary to some but not the thugs they're facing on the football field.
