Both these sports go through high-intensity activities such as jumping, sprinting, and change in directions. They also require aim, precision, and anticipation. Badminton requires teamwork in a doubles match and Basketball requires teamwork between the five players. The team that scores the most points wins the game- this is a standard rule for all sports. Basketball and Badminton both require the players to have strategic and tactical thinking while playing the game. You create a plan on how you'll win the match, etc. You also need to be familiar with the moves and tricks you do in both sports which takes a lot of intense training. Both sports are deceptively exhausting where you engage almost all your major muscle groups. Playing these sports will help build up your muscles to make them leaner, stronger and fitter in no time. Over time, your balance will improve as the core muscles engage quicker and easier. The extension of the body and elevation of arms will enhance flexibility. Together this means a better posture, improved stability, and superior flexibility.
