I assume you mean physical/health risks: not many actually. The ball is kind of heavy and fairly hard so getting hit from a short range can be painful and cause damage. It rarely happens though since the players generally are spread well out on a large field. Apart from that, the bowler (pitcher) might pick up the occasional hamstring or strain injury from the actual bowl but it's rarely serious. The batsman might get hit by the ball but is well padded and real injury virtually never happens.
