Approximately zero. No NFL kicker has ever scored a field goal from that far away, and only three NCAA college players have (all three from before the NCAA outlawed the kicking tee).

Remember that the end zone is ten yards long, and the kicker stands 7 yards behind the line of scrimmage, so kicking "from the 50 yard line" is actually a 67-yard kick. The NFL record is 64 yards, and the NCAA record is a three way tie at 67 yards (with tee).

There's also at least one high school kick of 68 yards (with a tee, and there are indications it was just a lucky shot anyway since he then proceeded to miss his next 8 attempts; he couldn't adapt to the abolishment of the tee and had a lackluster college and professional career) and one college-but-not-NCAA kick of 69 yards. I can't find any indication of whether that was with a tee or not, but I suspect that it was. (Unfortunately the guy who did that blew out his knee in an end-of-season bowl game; he played just two games in the NFL, where he went 1 for 4, so we don't know if he could have been the most amazing kicker ever or if he just got really lucky once.) So it's technically possible, especially if the rules you're playing under allow the use of a tee (the tee raises the ball and reduces friction). It's just extremely unlikely.

If, however, you meant a kick of 50 yards (which means the line of scrimmage is at the 33 yard line), NFL and college kickers do that pretty much all the time. The percentage of successful 50+ yard attempts has been trending upward since at least the 1960s (becoming more likely than not in the 1990s) and currently sits at around 65%.

A fifty yard field goal is a really good kick! It is also only 3 points.
