Yes and no. It's not like a type in something and it pops up but i know how to get like 100 lives on it. Have a file that has 120 stars collected. Now go to the lake (far right once you enter the file). There is a locked up cannon there but if you have 120 stars on your file you can use the cannon. Aim it at the castle and shoot onto the top of the castle. Now find Yoshi up there. Yes, Yoshi. Talk to him. He will give you 100 lives and an improved triple jump. But if you aimed wrong, you might fall into this place called "the black room of death" and that kinda' explains the room. Enjoy!
