It depends how you define 'best'

Do you mean best as in the most success over history, then that would probably be Real Madrid. Or do you mean the most supported, then it would be Manchester United.

I'm not sure you could come up with a top 100 mabye a top ten. This would involve teams like:

Manchester United

Real Madrid

Juventus

AC Milan

Barcelona

Liverpool

Bayern Munich
