Angus bulls don't have horns. The Angus breed itself is naturally polled. A bull that is born from a registered Angus cow and registered Angus bull and comes up horned or scurred is not qualified to be a registered purebred animal, no matter what Angus association it is. A horned cow. That's it: End of Story. A "cow" or cow with horns is NEVER nor should EVER be called a bull. Bulls are just as capable of having nor horns as cows are capable of having horns.
