Once you know how to spike well and over the net, you can slap someone very hard and leave a beautiful red full hand mark on wherever you have decided to them. Oh! That and you hand reflexes become way faster than they used to be, I play volleyball and I caught a flower vase inches before it hit the ground. It comes in pretty handy ;))))) You also get taller and your legs get stronger.
