Herkie: One leg is out like a toe touch, the other leg is bent side-ish.

Hurdler: One leg kicked out in front, and the other leg bent back like a check mark.

Toe Touch: It's a strattle jump. Keep you're back straight and stretch to get it higher. Don't actually touch your toes

Some people can get there legs really high in these jumps.. But, that comes later

There are toe-touches, tuck jumps, a-jumps, pikes, right herkeys, left herkeys, and hurdles front, right and left and pikes.

You can do the Scissor (just jump and move your feet) or the Fosbury Flop (which is the one that everyone does, make an arch).
