4) Turner Gill - Buffalo University

5) Randy Shannon - University of Miami Norries Wilson is currently the head coach at Division 1-AA Columbia and is the first African American head football coach in Ivy League history. Other African Americans who have been head coaches at the college level are MacDaniel Singleton at Boston State College, Mark Garrett at Assumption, Floyd Keith at Rhode Island, Mel Mills at Becker College. This list is incomplete. As of 2006, the NCAA reported 16 African American head football coaches at its 616 affliated institutions.
