Ray Guy was obviously a great punter. I've never heard of helium in the footballs. In recent studies, helium in a football actually makes it go a shorter distance. Like throwing a wiffle ball compared to a baseball.
NFL Hall of Fame punter Ray Guy is 68 years old (born December 22, 1949). Canadian humorist Ray Guy was 74 years old when he died on May 14, 2013 (born April 22, 1939).
