Yes. 1) Bobby Shantz - selected by the Washington Senators from the New York Yankees in the 1960 draft and by the Houston Colt 45s from the Pittsburgh in the 1961 draft. Shantz never pitched for the Senators ... they traded him to the Pirates two days after they selected him. 2) Al Fitzmorris - selected by the Kansas City Royals from the Chicago White Sox in the 1968 draft and by the Toronto Blue Jays from the Royals in the 1976 draft. Fitzmorris pitched for the Royals from 1969-1976 and, the same day of drafting him, the Blue Jays traded him to the Cleveland Indians.
