I am not totally sure about this one. But I believe it was west ham back in 1975. If this proves to be wrong then it was mancester city in 1969

09/04/2012 The Norwich team against Tottenham started with 11 English born players although Anthony Pilkington is declared a Republic of Ireland international and Russell Martin has represented Scotland. Simeon Jackson the Canadian international came on as a second half substitute for Aaron Wilbraham meaning the all English born team didn't last the full 90 minutes.
I don't know if they comprehensively compile this stat, because team's do not have to reveal all players' salaries.
You can have up to 6 players on a court , but 15 in all for a team
