Mental toughness is a great skill to have in sports and I think that its just as important as stamina and physical toughness combined because of all different reasons but some main reasons are ; it tells your opponent you arent giving up and shows that your not afraid of he or she , it helps you believe in yourself before and after the game that you can win , and it is the key to a major comeback in sports
