I don't think there was one. Scott Hunter, Jerry Tagge, and Frank Patrick took turns at QB for the 1972 Packers.

There was a southpaw QB for the 1973 Packers named Jim Del Gaizo. The Packers acquired him prior to the 1973 season from the Miami Dolphins for 2 second round draft choices. He got into 8 games for the 1973 Packers and completed 27 passes in 62 attempts for 318 yards, 2 TDs, and 6 INTs. 1973 was Del Gaizo's only season with the Packers as they traded him to the Giants in September, 1974.
