His name is written Евгений Малкин in cyrillic script and once it's "translated" to latin alphabet it can be either Evgeni, Yevgeni, Jevgeni, Jevgenij, Jewgeni etc. For example in France he is written Ievgueni Malkine. The same goes with pretty much every slavic name, because cyrillic and latin alphabet have different letters.
