Some are Abu Diaby, Samir Nasri, and some say Anelka as well.
All of them except Blackpool.
I don't know if they comprehensively compile this stat, because team's do not have to reveal all players' salaries.
I think all of them do except Blackpool
There are a total of twenty teams in the Barclays Premier League (BPL). However, the teams in the league are not always the same. At the end of the season, the bottom three teams in the BPL are relegated to the Championship League, and the top three teams from the Championship League are promoted to the BPL. For example, at the end of the 2012-2013 season, Queens Park Rangers, Reading, and Wigan Athletic were all relegated, and Cardiff City, Hull City, and Crystal Palace were each promoted.
Two in the big leagues: Cardiff and Swansea.
You can google for the teams' web sites and get their emails from there.
There have only been four winners of the Premier League; Manchester United (11) Arsenal (3) Chelsea (2) Blackburn Rovers (1)

There are 20 teams in the Barclays Premier League, each one plays the other 19 teams in the league twice, so each team plays 38 matches per season. The total number of matches played each season by all the teams is 380, as every weekend there are 10 played, not 20 as each match consists of two teams.
Question of opinion. It depends on what you look for in a league. If you want big stars and celebrities and want to watch 2 teams crush all other teams and effectively use the other teams as hurdles both of them have to jump to get ahead in the race then the Spanish League is for you. But if you want 2/3/4 teams challenging for the title and 5 or 6 teams challenging for champions league spots, more competitive and physical football then the English League is for you.
