The field of AT&T park is level with a pier behind the fence in right which is 10 to 15 feet above the bay and McCovey cove.

AT&T Park in San Francisco sets right on the ocean. However, it is actually ever so slightly above sea level. It sets at an altitude of 7 feet above sea level.
