It has been argued on this site by a member, who states that he is 99% certain, that Messi is a Roman Catholic. The Roman Catholic Church does not permit its members to become Freemasons. However, quite a number of Roman Catholics have disregarded that and have become Freemasons anyway. As far as Lionel Messi goes, unless the person specifically states that he is a member of the Freemasons, it is hard to know for sure.
