If you, yourself, were being attacked you might have some justification for the use of non-lethal force, however (in my opinion) firing paintball missiles at someone would amount to an armed assault in defense of property. NOT JUSTIFIED! CALL YOUR LOCAL POLICE AND SIMPLY ASK!
