It depends as i myself played for a youth football team and i believe that if it helps you relax then it can only be a good thing but only if its a game you enjoy and only play practice games and it is not a really hard competitive game like a boss level or the likes i always use to play retro games like the n64 ectra as i feel it has a better game play i know the graphics suck but the games playability really helps
