It is incomplete.
Rules vary from state to state but in this case it is perfectly legal. So along as the players feet are in bounds. In highschool football its normally if one foot is in bounds and the other is not out of bounds and the player has control of the ball then its a catch
If his knee touches inbounds, he is considered tackled in the field of play, regardless if the the ball ends up out of bounds. The clock will continue to run
From a standing position, bend your right knee and wrap your right ankle and foot around the back of your left knee.Fall to your left and land on your right foot's toes, so that only the left side of your left foot and your right foot's toes are touching the ground. From there, stand back up on your left foot with your right foot still at your left leg's knee. Then, with your right foot still behind your left knee, repeat steps 2 and 3.To do more multiple pindrops, simply repeat. Your right foot should be behind your left knee the whole time.

Repost and tell us the 'right side' of what. Head, knee, eye, foot, etc.
The knee is proximal to the foot. The knee is also superior to the foot in anatomical position.
The knee is proximal to the foot because it is closer to the body's midline, whereas superior refers to a higher position in the body.
You put your hand on your knee, then your foot (take a picture cause u will look cool)
I had a total knee replacement 7 years ago and the bottom of my foot has always felt different but here in the past year my foot on the bottom has been getting worse with pain. Does this have anything to do with a knee repalcement?
From a standing position, bend your right knee so that your right ankle wraps around the back of your left knee. Fall to your left and land on your right foot's toes, then quickly rotate 360o clockwise as you stand back up without anything else touching the ground.
