Yes but that would be a penalty to have to many players on the field, if they are on the other team then they will get the penalty.
It is not recommended, but yes you are allowed to. You may not have any more than 11 players on the field at once though. The referee will not call a penalty if there are less than 11 but they will if there are more.
There are supposed to be 11 players on the field in the NFL if there are more than 11 u will be charge a penalty which is about 5 or 10 yards.
For American football: Twenty-two, or eleven per team. In the Canadian Football League, there are 12 players on the field for offense and defense. There are 11 players in NFL Football. High school teams may be 11 man or 9 man teams in the US.
Is equal to or less than 1
At full strength, each team has 6 players on the ice (5 skaters and a goalie). However, when a team commits a penalty, the violating player must leave the ice for a specified amount of time (2 minutes for a minor penalty and 5 minutes for a major penalty). That player sits in the penalty box. There is no limit to how many players a team can have in the penalty box at one time (other than the 20 players they are allowed to dress), but a team can only be a maximum of 2-men down at one time. That means that, if both teams have 2 or men in the box at one time (and they aren't concurrent penalties), there can be as few as 8 players on the ice at one time (3 skaters per side and a goalie for each team as goalies don't serve their own penalties). There can be no less than that.
All you need is 9 in the out feild but incase of injury or a missing person the team normally has about ten or twelve.
9 players are on a field at once but a team can consist of more players than 9
There should be 22 at any one time. Eleven from each team. More specifically, only 11 are "allowed" on the field from each team at a time, but the rules do not state that there must be a minimum number of players from each team. Presumably, if a team were unable to field 11 players due to injuries, for example, they could still play with some number less than 11.
No, because the field is smaller than a baseball field, they can't. Although they can steal
Normally, you can. But it is up to the ref. You guys may have to forfeit if you are missing too many. But yes, you can play the game with less than 11 players.
