Yes, look in the Uniform Probate Code, Chapter 524 of Minnesota Statutes.
Defensive back Warren Powers (1963-1968) wore #20 for the Raiders.
You must be talking about the 1995 Classic Draft Review card, wherein he is depicted in a Vikings uniform. This is an odd card, as he NEVER played for the Vikings. He was taken by the Oilers/Titans with the 3rd overall pick, and played 11 seasons for them, followed by 2 seasons with the Ravens. The card itself can be had for a couple dollars and is fairly available. This card is clearly a photo-shop on behalf of Classic. I'm aware of the same card where he is depicted in a Jaguars uniform, and there may be other teams as well.
The G stands for Gophers. From 1907-1910 Minnesota had a team in the Negro Leagues named the St. Paul Colored Gophers.
Minnesota has been known as the Gopher State since 1857. The first University of Minnesota yearbook, published in 1887 was called the Gopher Annual. The first time the University's sports team was called the Golden Gophers was in 1934, because of their all-gold uniforms. The Gopher mascot was born in 1952 when Jerome Glass, assistant bandmaster, gought a fuzzy wool suit and coerced Jim Anderson, a junior, to put it on. Anderson joked by telling the press, They took the guy who couldn't march or play and put him where he wouldn't do any harm. TRIVIA NOTE: Bernie Bierman, the first University of Minnesota football coach, chose gold for a uniform color, because it was more difficult for the opposing team to see the football being held by someone in a gold uniform. See related links for more information.
Rod Carew wore #29 for his entire career (1967-1978 for the Minnesota Twins and 1979-1985 for the California Angels).
Kevin Love is a professional basketball player for the Minnesota Timberwolves. There are pictures of Kevin Love wearing Muskies jersey because as part of throwback uniform night it was required of him and his team mates to wear it. On throwback uniform night the team wears a uniform similar to what they wore in the past.
A complementary color in sports typically refers to colors that are opposite each other on the color wheel. For example, the Miami Dolphins' uniforms feature aqua and orange, which are complementary colors. Similarly, the Minnesota Vikings' uniforms showcase purple and gold, also presenting a complementary color scheme. These combinations create a vibrant contrast that enhances the visual appeal of the team's branding.
