its all personal preference, try out other guns that have different triggers and see what you like. Almost all types of triggers are made for the Mini.

Most people suggest you turn your velocity down and dry fire a few tanks to break in the spring. Any marker will shoot better after its break-in period.
It is a decent mid range electric marker. it is small and light, but some models have problems with the board, and changing modes is a pain. A g4 might be a good investment, or if your willing to upgrade, and axe (like the mini but better).
