As a former cheerleader and now a wellness ctr nurse, cheerleading is an amazing cardio work out, building strength, balance and endurance.
Many people have different opinions if cheerleading is a type of dance. But basically dance is included in cheerleading. Of course you do all the stunts and tumbling but you also have dance sequences! :D
just go on monster high .com and type in cheerleading i guess but i dowt it so that is my prediction to that answer !?!
Yes! Different cardio machines will target different muscles allowing for optimal cardio and toning.
Generic cardio is a workout that is very basic. This type of workout will be monotonous and wont do your body much good.
: cheerleading can be used for football and basketball games. but it can also be all-star cheerleading. all-star cheerleading is cheerleading that you compete against all squads and it is all year round. there are like 20 compeitions that you attend each season. you can go check out my all-star cheerleading team at : http://www.marylandtwisters.com
It depends on what type... school cheerleading or competitive cheerleading? Well I do both! In school cheerleading, All it takes is your smile, personality, being loud, and only a little bit of tightness. For competitive, its all about safety. Also, the smiling! and definetly sharpness and jumps and tumblinggg
cardio or aerobics
There's plenty of "points" in cheerleading. In middle school/highschool cheerleading, the cheerleaders pump up the crowd and encourage the sports players. In all-star (competitive) cheerleading, there's competitions to win like in any other sport. Also, regardless of the specific type, cheerleading provides a way to have fun, exercise, and can even lead to college scholarships.
Cheerleading, one word.
I'm not sure there is such a thing as a "cardio" diet. Cardio typically refers to a type of exercise (running, biking. aerobics, etc.) that is aimed more at cardiovascular health than building muscle.
ella hace cheerleading that means she does cheerleading in spanish
