Although this technically could be called deliberate handling, resulting in a direct free kick at the point of the infraction, in reality a referee will consider this trifling and will let it go with a verbal warning to the goalkeeper. The more the behavior persists, the more likely a handling call will occur.

A goal kick is a different kick from a direct free kick or an indirect free kick.

Your question appears to ask if a goal may be scored from a goal kick. Yes, it can, but only against the opponents. One cannot score an own-goal directly from a goal kick.

No, when this happens an indirect freekick is awarded. This is taken from where the ball was picked up. An indirect free kick is where the team who were awarded it are not allowed to take shot on goal, it must be passed to another player, but it is usually rolled a matter of feet before they take the shot.

Although, in the professional game, passbacks are rare. But when they occur the defending team will usually have all their players on the line, protecting the goal, and the attacking team will kick it as hard as they can into the net.
