Amazing school. Fabulous alumni network for women. Produced top-notch American corporate women and political leaders, and still continues to do so. High acceptance rates into the best graduate school, such as law and medicine. Usually always tops college rankings. Great financial aid. Very rigorous courses; beware of grade deflation policy. Wellesley may be seen as generally easier to gain acceptance into compared to other top prestigious colleges, but the work load and caliber of courses is unmatched. Not to mention, it takes a special type of female student to apply to this school in the first place.
Definitely not a party school; most students go off campus for social parties. It does require significant effort to meet men, but still possible. Very diverse student population (represents every state and over 65 countries any given year), but all motivated students that set out to make a difference.
