Mr. Gandy is not directly related to the Jersey Devil, as he is a fictional character often associated with folklore or urban legends. The Jersey Devil is a creature from New Jersey's Pine Barrens folklore, believed to be the offspring of a woman named Mother Leeds. While Mr. Gandy may be a character in stories or discussions about the Jersey Devil, he does not have any established connection to the legend itself.
Well, there are two ways. You can go to Caughman Rd. Elem. and get into action team and go on a camping trip with Mr. Gandy and might see it. Or, you can go to New Jersey go into the woods and wait for it. Hoped this helped! ;)Tira S.

Since you can complete three of the cryptids in any order, that would depend on what you have already done. But you don't have to go back to the Himalayas once you have the lantern and the footprint photo. Get the proof for the other three cryptids (Nessie, chupacabra, and the Jersey Devil) and an opportunity to get the Yeti/Bigfoot will present itself. (see related question)
You don't. After you take a photo of the footprint above the monastery, bring it to Mr. Mews. He'll tell you it was a snowshoe and it's not worth revisiting. You will need the lantern from the monastery to use in New Jersey. When you have proven the existence of the other three Cryptids (Nessie, Chupacabra, and the Jersey Devil), Mews will send you in pursuit of Bigfoot in the Pacific Northwest.

In Stephen Vincent Benét's short story "The Devil and Daniel Webster," the devil tells Daniel Webster to call him "Mr. Scratch." This name reflects the devil's cunning and playful nature, embodying the idea of a trickster. Webster, a skilled lawyer, ultimately confronts Mr. Scratch in a courtroom setting, emphasizing themes of morality and the struggle between good and evil.
