You can be any age to play Netball. To play for an adult team, it depends of the club. They may want to have you be 18 or older. But for my club, the senior teams start the age of 16. Professional teams in the big leagues, you have to be 18 or older and they usually start to retire around the 30's. But most clubs are very social and any age can enjoy playing. They usually have age groups too so younger players aren't playing against the older ones.
