The name of the World Cup 2010 ball is "Jabulani". The EXACT SAME ball (called match ball) that the teams use is $150 (and worth every penny, I have one). The replica ball is only $30 and isn't really a good ball. Please see the related link. They will have a better description of each ball. I recommend the match ball.
FIFA allocates specific amounts of money to each team that qualifies for the World Cup to cover "preparation costs". The amount given varies from time to time, usually to adjust for inflation.
For the 2014 FIFA World Cup, FIFA handed out USD $1.5 million to each team (not including prize money). Each team also received a sum corresponding to their placement in the tournament at the time of elimination:
The Brazilian government estimated that costs reached upward of USD $14 billion, with FIFA spending an additional USD $2 billion on staging the final match between Germany and Argentina.
This made the 2014 FIFA World Cup the most expensive staging of the international tournament in history, followed by the 2006 FIFA World Cup in Germany at USD $6 billion.
